According, to previous year cut off you should try to score more then 120-125 marks in JEE Main to get admission in NITs in OBC category other state quota.

Converting these JEE Mains ranks to marks, I would advice you that it is always beneficial to get more than 200 marks in JEE Mains to get a small chance of admission into the NITs.
