You didn't mention your state of domicile dear , but if you belong to general category then you should try to get at least around 570 + marks in neet examination, also cut off marks for Medical Colleges keeps changing depending upon several factors like your state of domicile, number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks scored by students, toughness level of exam etc. You should better try to get around 600 marks if you want to get into a good college as more is your marks in the neet examination better is the college you get.
