Kaish, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2017 the cut offs for various Categories for IGMC, Shimla have been as follows:
General Category: 545
SC:474
ST: 450
Now this is 2017 data and cut offs change every year. So if you want a seat in this College and if you belong to General Category, you should aim for atleast 600 and if you belong to Reserved Categories, you should target atleast 550. This is because cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
