It all depends on College, if you get Top IITs for MTech you easily get average package of 12 LPA.
If you get Top NITs for MTech you easily get average package of 7 LPA to 9 LPA.
For private colleges you get average package of 4 LPA to 6 LPA.
But if you get placed in phase 1 placement you also get offer of 15 LPA to 18 LPA.

According to the recent information available over some of the sources on average basis an individual who has completed his MTech in ECE would expect a salary package of 4 lakhs - 8 lakhs per annum. If a individual is excellent it could go up a little more, but initials basis on average It stays around 4-8 lakhs per annum.
