To be eligible for b.ed you must have secured atleast 55% in your graduation course. You can pursue only one degree at a time so either you can go for MA first or for b.ed. You can't do both of them together.
Since b.ed is now a four year program as per the new integrated course scheme which can be pursued after 12th, the rules are not clear yet whether it is still for four years for graduates or not.
