How much percentage should I score in HSC in order to get admission in a well known psychological university?
Considering the situation and competition of today's world one needs at least 95 to 99 percent for a comfortable selection.
For the colleges LSR, mata sundari, Garhi college in Delhi University are good
Placements are also good in these colleges but you need to put extra efforts.
All the best do well
Hi Ayush,
You need to have 65 per cent plus at HSC level to secure admission at good colleges. However, the course in majority of central universities are offered at very high percentage owing to high volume of applications. For example, in Delhi University colleges, first cutoff go as high as 95+ per cent for a couple of colleges. The closing cutoffs also go beyond 75 per cent in majority of DU colleges.
Further, a few colleges/university departments conduct admission test to grant admissions. For example, BHU has its UET for admission to all courses at undergraduate level including Psychology. The eligibility criteira for appearing for such entrance is as low as 50 percent in HSC.
