How much percentile is req for taking admission in NIT

Hello!
There are 31 NITs in India, each offering B.Tech in around 5-6 branches. The percentile range is therefore wide. Furthermore, the required percentile would also depend on factors like your state and category, and therefore it is very difficult to give a definite number.
