How much percentile is required for an NC-OBC candidate to get a call from IIM-ABC??

I would like to tell you that getting a call from top IIMs i.e, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta depends on various factors such as your marks in CAT exam, graduation, 10th marks, 12th marks, your past work experience (if any) and your extra curricular achievements. Basically your whole profile is analysed and then a decision is made to give you a call or not.
Cutoff varies every year depending on the level of competition. So, to give you an idea. I am sharing previous year CAT Cutoff for IIM ABC for NC-OBC.
IIM Ahmedabad- 75 percentile
IIM Bangalore- 80 perentile
IIM Calcutta- 85 percentile
Please note that students securing minimum 75,80,85 percentile in IIM A,B,C respectively were given a call. It is always advisable to aim for highest percentile and secure as good as you can to increase your chances of getting a call. I hope you found this answer helpful. Good luck.

To get a call from top IIMs like IIM A,B, and C, you should aim to score above 98+ percentile. However, CAT marks are not only the parameter for selection, therefore, there is no surety of getting a call.
After CAT exam, colleges prepare a merit list for next round of interview for students who applies for admission. Merit list is based on the aggregate score of students which depends on many parameters such as CAT marks, 10th, 12th and graduation percentage, work experience, engineer or non-engineer whose weightage varies for all different colleges.
After second round of interview a new merit list is again prepared. Along with high CAT percentile, candidate need to have an overall excellent performance.
