How much percentile is required to get admission in NIT college??

Hi Sakya,
Percentile required to get admission in NITs is depends upon your category and branch which want.Like:-
If you belongs to general category then you must have 99 percentile to get into good NITs with CSE or other top[ Branches.
If you belongs to OBC category then you must have more than 90 percentile for good NITs but for good branch in that college you must have 97 percentile.
If you belongs to SC category then you must have more than 80 percentile for good NITs but for good branch like CSE or IT you must have more than 90 percentile.

See Mechanical and Electricals are core branches their cut offs are usually goes high.Not in compare to CSE.Cse>it>mechanical>electrical...cutoff wise
