There are many top nits. L et us take the case of NIT Trichy which is the best among NITs and let us take the case of computer science
This is a bit difficult to predict the marks/percentile/rank required in JEE mains to get a seat in nit as cut off keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the jee main examination , number of seats available for the branch you want etc.
