- General category :45 marks.
- OBC category :45 marks.
- Schedule caste. :35 marks.
- Schedule tribe :35 marks.

The qualifying marks for APEAMCET is 25% of the maximum marks. There will be no qualifying marks for the candidates who belong to the reserved category(SC/ST)
