how much rank for mbbs ur cateogry and my age 19 to write is it eligibility or not

According to the eligibility criteria of NEET exam, minimum age of the candidate should be 17 years as on December 31, 2019. Candidates must be born on or before January 1, 2003.
And maximum age limit is, not more than 25 years of age (for UR category)
So, you are eligibile to apply for the exam.
