In TS EAMCET/TG EAPCET, a “free seat” usually means full fee reimbursement by the Telangana government. Generally, students with ranks below 10,000 have better chances for full reimbursement, especially with eligible category and income criteria.

Eligibility also depends on:

• category (SC/ST/BC/EWS),
• family income, and
• college type/fee structure.

Students who do not qualify for full reimbursement may still receive partial reimbursement (commonly around Rs 35,000)
