The NEET cutoff keeps changing every year. But to get a government medical college, you need to score at least 500+ marks out of 720, even if you are from SC Category. Almost 8 lacs candidates appear for NEET, and admission under All India Quota will be very competitive. For State quota, you need to score around 450+ marks as well. You should aim to score as much as possible so that the admission will be hassel free.
