how much should one believe uday Samant that degree college will open on 20 January 2021 in Mumbai

As per the MInistry (Uday Samant - State Minister of Maharshtra) has made a statement during a meeting with stakeholders and college staff/principles a few days ago that they will declare the announcement of reopening the colleges by 20th January 2021. For this, the ministry has already started a review of current status of arrangements made by the colleges, hostels, availability of staff etc. Howver, there is no news or any official notification till now regarding same. So, you should wait for any official notification for opening the college.
