The second seat allotment of UPSEE 2019 was declared in online mode on July 15. Three rounds of counselling is being held. UPSEE 2019 exam was conducted in offline mode on April 21 across various test centres. The result of UPSEE 2019 was announced by AKTU on June 3 in online mode. The A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University is the organizing institute of UPSEE 2019 for imparting admissions in all the participating institutes.

For the second round :

Payment of seat confirmation July 15, 2019- July 19, 2019
