How much will the cut-off of NTSE 2019 Bihar Stage 1 differ considering the seats to get doubled?

Since SCERT Bihar hasn't come out with its result yet, it'll now consider the increased number of scholarships and state quota and then release the NTSE Bihar cutoff and NTSE Bihar result 2019 in April. The cutoff is bound to show variation from last year due to the change in exam pattern  but would not rise as much because of the rise in the number of scholarships.
