Hello Saurav,
There are less chance of implementing of 10percent reservation in Jee main 2019.
As notification of jee main come in month of October- November in 2018 and at that time this reservation not come so there are less chances of implementation of this reservation on Jee main 2019.

Why always showing on some sites or some lecture there will be implemented in April session??

There is ambiguity by various sites.
You should visit jee main announcement to know correct information.
Information provided by NTA is final ,as NTA not announce any information regarding 10 percent reservation for economically backward upper caste .
So we can tell anything.
