Percentile is a better and more stable parameter to judge the cutoff. As this year two more AIIMS are added Nagpur and Guntur 100 seats total the final cutoff may go to 94 percentile .
A percentile of 98-99 is required to guarantee a seat of any AIIMS other than Delhi !
Marks vary always depending on paper, morning or afternoon slot etc. 130+ is good !

Hi Himanshu,
It actually depends more on percentile (relative performance) than absolute score in AIIMS. However, a score of 150+ puts you on the safe side.
