first of all the jee percentile cannot be predicted or assumed according to the marks you obtain, it depends on the factors such as the number of student who wrote the exam and the difficulty leve of that exam in that particular session conducted. Since the percentile is calculated from a scale ranging from 100 to 0 for each session of examinees, the formula applies the total number of students in the that session multiplied by the percentage of people who are ahead of you to arrive at the rank. it means you cannot actually assume your percentile just from the score you obtained, infact if you can know how many student are ahead of you, then you can by the way which is not possible.

moreover the marks you scored seems to be less if you are from a general  category, you wont be able to get the desired courses from your desired college. if you are from obc then its okay. for socially reserved groups this marks are quite enouh to get good college and course.
