How rank will be decided this year????

Hi Abhishek,
Rank is always decided on the basis of marks scored. I guess you are talking about the ranks in competitive examinations so they are decided on the basis of the number of students who appeared the examination, last year statistics, difficulty and toughness of the paper etc; If you wish to know about some particular examination then please elaborate it
