Hello Tarun Neela,

Since you have not mentioned about which counseling are you talking about, it is not possible to solve your query as for each it is different.

For example- Incase of NEET UG counselling the certificate is to be produced during the counselling time that is the physical verification of documents and also at the time of admission but not before that.

Please mention your whole query for further assistance.
