How should I prepare my self in 1 year to be placed in an automotive firm?

Hi, I would suggest, look up the careers section of the firm to understand their requirments. Write to their HR for details. Apart from this, you should know about the company which you may apply to. I dont know of any other special preparation that may be required to be placed as it all depends upon what the requirements of the firm are. You could also ask your seniors or college professors for some guidelines
