VR Siddhartha College provide hostel facilities for both girls and boys. The girls hostel is situated at the college campus. But, the boys hostel is little far from the college. The boys hostel is roughly 7-8 km away from the college. Although the hostel is far, it is well maintained and the services are also very good. Bus service is provided for the hostel students to travel from college to hostel.
