If you haven't got any seat in first counselling because you may put colleges which doesn't suits your cutoff rank and caste no problem now you can attend 2rd counselling and you can add colleges of your wish please put your colleges according to cuttoff rank and keep more options so that you may get anyone college and wait for 2rd counselling notification and at that time you can put your colleges
