Hello,

to add your email address to any of your account, you have to visit your profile in the respective organization webpage or app.

You can edit your profile and add your information. if it is for any educational institute or commercial and want to update then you have to visit their helpdesk and ask them to change. You can't change untill you are authorised.

You can do check and verify. if it is not possible then visit the help desk.
