How to admission in gov collage

As you have not mentioned any specific stream I assume you to be a medical aspirant. Admission to MBBS courses in government college is through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - NEET , which was conducted on May 5, 2019. However, AIIMS, New Delhi and JIPMER, Puducherry conducts their own entrance exam AIIMS MBBS and JIPMER MBBS, respectively, for admission to MBBS course. MBBS admission to a government medical college is done through a centralised counselling process, conducted by the Directorate General of Health Sciences (DGHS) on behalf of Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). The scores obtained in NEET UG exam are used for admission to 15% All India Quota (AIQ) and 85% State Quota MBBS seats in government college. From every government MBBS college, 15% from the total intake capacity is reserved for candidates who have been shortlisted for AIQ seats. While the remaining seats are allotted to the domicile candidates under 85% state quota seats. The seat allotment process for state quota seats are conducted by the designated state counselling committees based on the marks scored in NTA NEET.
