To apply for the CAT 2018 Examination you need to fill the application form on iimcat.ac.in. The application process will open some where around August - September next year for CAT 2018.
IIMs and various other institutes take admissions from CAT. Apart from IIMs which are included in the CAT form itself, you need to apply for the individual institutes via their respective websites.
