Hi Satish,
I hope you are doing good. Now coming to your, B category seat is nothing but Management quota seat of private colleges. For management seats, you have to apply individually for each and every college as per your interest. Some colleges will Officially announce the date to fill the applications for Management quota so you have to apply for whatever the colleges you are interested in. But some colleges do not announce so you have to go to college and apply for them.
