How to apply counseling for central Colleges

You haven't mentioned the name of exam. For example, NEET examination conduct two counselling, one is all india quota based another is state quota based. It depends upon cut-off masrks, which usually varies every year. It depends upon a lot of factors such as the exam pattern, the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, whether you belong to any category or not. It varies from state to state. It also differs from state quota seats to all india quota seats. Sometimes you may not be eligible for all india quota, but you can appear for state quota counselling. NEET has 15% reservation for all india quota and 85% for state quota seats. So if you are eligible for all india quota counselling then you'll definitely participate in state quota also. Sometimes you get your state college through all india counselling.
