You cannot apply for CLAT for a 3 year LLb course after completion of your graduation.
CLAT only offers admission into NLUs for 5 year integrated law courses like BA LLB, Bcom LLb, BBA LLb, BSc LLb etc which combines your undergraduation degree and your law degree. As you have already completed your graduation you can go for a 3 year LLb courses. CLAT is only for 5 year Integrated courses and not 3 year LLb.
So you can apply for entrances of various universities/ institutes that offer 3 year LLb course. Some of the most sought after colleges/exams are- DU LLb, MHCET( GLC Mumbai, ILS PUNE etc) LSAT, Symbiosis, PU LLB, BHU LLB etc.
