Hi there,
Hope you are doing well. I would like to inform you that there is no separate application process for JoSAA counseling. Just stay tuned in the JoSAA website and when the option entry is released, just login using your JEE Mains or JEE Advanced Roll number and password and enter the options. The counseling is free for all those who have cleared the JEE Mains or Advanced. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
