Hey Sai,

You can apply for a MS in IIT's by

GATE : If you've got a decent score,then you can apply through it.
Sponsored Candidates : If you've been part of the industry for more than 3 years,then you can apply through your employer.
QIP : Quality Improvement Program is solely for teaching faculties who, again, have more than 3 years of experience.
