Since you didn't specify, I'm assuming that your query is about NTSE Jharkhand stage 1. The applications for the exam will be available in around the second week of September to the second week of October 2018. To apply, you have to register through JAC, Ranchi's official website and fill the required details. After this, you have to get the required signatures such as of your parents in the provided space and liaison officer of Jharkhand along with required documents, and before due date.
