According to the official, there is no separate state quote for the candidates. If you have appeared for TANCET 2018, you can register for TANCE directly. You don't need to pay any registration fees. If not TANCET, you might have qualified GATE 2018. Do, to apply for TANCE, you can register for it through your GATE score.
