how to apply for UG B.A programme in 3rd year, admission date and fees ? (my 2nd year has completed in 2014 after that dropout and now I want to continue.)

Hello,
Unfortunately you need to start your BA Program course from 1st year itself. You can not join directly in 3rd year if you dropped out of it.
Infact the two years you completed at that time are of no use now.
You need to fill fresh application forms and reappear for entrance exams if any.
