Hi aspirant,
I think you meant how to apply as a non local candidate in state quota of medial seats in neighboring state for NEET. In that case, you need to have a domicile certificate of that particular state in order to get state quota other than the state you are currently studying in. Note that, you can opt for medical colleges in other states via All India Quota only.
