For which entrance exam you are asking for?
If it is jee mains then you can't fill it's application form now as the dates are over on 1st January 2018.However,You can fill others engineering entrance exam forms like VITEEE,BITSAT,SRMJEEE,COMEDK,UPSEE,UPESEAT,WBJEE,MHTCET...and many more.You need to visit their respective websites and follow the proper guidelines mentioned in their website for filling application forms.
