how to attend mop up round after 1st& 2nd round

The Mop Up round is the process of counselling of seat allotment in medical colleges by states against the reverted seats from All India 15% quota. This round is only for those candidates which do not get seats in round 1 and round 2.  It is for filling all the vacant seats that have been left out after the rounds. Sometimes students leave their seats due to some reasons and the seats become vacant. So the seats that remain empty are allotted to students. Admissions for there rounds takes place for candidates who have registered for it and according to their choice preferences. Now all the seats which are left vacant during the first two rounds, for them a mop-up round is held. Here its like first come and first serve, the seat will be given to any candidate present who have qualified the exam.
