Hello Aspirant, we cannot be perfect as there is lot of learning process you have to do to be updated with the current trends. However, there are some factors you need to take care of to be a good biotechnologist.

- Able to carry out detailed and accurate work
- Good communication skills
- Able to solve problems and think creatively
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Able to grasp the ethics of scientific research involving humans
