After 12th, you have to seek JBT (Juniour Basic Training) which is for 2 years. This training is for ppl who wish to be teachers in juniour classes - till 5th. Once you complete this training, there's a state-level test - TET, for recruitment of JBTs. Different states conduct their own state level TETs. The eligibility for taking JBT is 12th in any stream with 50% marks.
