I hope you meant how do you get a good placement offer that offers a good package. For this the first thing that you have to do is get admission into a good college that holds a good placement record and this can be done by preparing well for the entrance exam and scoring well in it.

Once you have got admission into the college the next thing you need to do is focus on your studies and maintain a good CGPA. Also simultaneously do some other useful certified courses and internships as these may give you an upper hand at the time of the interview.

Also make sure you have a really strong CV/Resume. And if you have difficulty in facing an interview panel or have communication difficulties, then take a course that may help you in overcoming these problems.

If you have any particular company that you would like to work for, then approach the Training and Placement cell of your college and inform them of the same and they may be able to contact the company and arrange an interview.

Also before you go for the interview, brush up the basics and face the interview panel with confidence.

Follow these and I am sure you will be able to do well in the interview and get a good job.

Remember a good job is one that brings you happiness when you do the work and not one which has a high package but makes you unhappy.
