Atfirst you have to become a General Surgeon with subspeciality in pediatric Surgery. After this you have to go for the Obstetrics and Gynaecology in order to study the Foetal Medicine and Neonatal Surgery. By this pathway you will become a Perinatologist. This will take 10-15 years after the completion of your 10+2.
