Yes,you can do Ui/Ux designing after graduation.Some courses that you can pursue at the UG level in UI/ UX are BDes in User Experience Design, BDesign in Communication Design, BDes UX, BSc in UI Design and Development, BDes in Interaction Design, BDes in Visual Communication, BSc in UI and Graphics Design, BCA (Design-Animation/Graphics/UI-UX) etc.
For Pg in Ui/Ux course can be done by pursuing MDes in User Experience Design, MDes in Interaction Design, Master of Design in UX .
UI/ UX Design is an upcoming design specialization.You should also have knowledge in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, InDesign along with additional knowledge of web programming languages like HTML, XML, CSS, Java will also be helpful for you.

There is no defined path to become a UI/UX designer. However, a bachelor’s degree in design (B.Des), especially with a specialisation in UI/UX or Interaction Design will give you a thorough grounding in the design principles and UI/UX basics needed to step into this field.

As of now, there is no such step to becoming UI/ UX designer. Pursuing a bachelor's degree in designing especially with a specialization in UI/ UX or interaction design will help you to learn the basics and fundamentals of UI/ UX designing. Then, you can also go for some Master's programs in this specialization to sharpen your knowledge. There are a lot of job opportunities available for UI/ UX designers with a good amount of salary.
