how to calculate 85 Mark's to percentile how many percentile can I expect in jee mains

This time as the marks and the pattern has changed , the percentile value may differ by some value with respect to marks.

If your estimated mark is 85 in jee mains , then your percentile will be near to 80-90. It may be +5 or - 5.  Percentile is evaluated as how you performed and how much you have performed better than other candidates and how much candidates has performed well than you.

If your percentile is 80 then it says that you have performed well out of 79% of total candidates in the entrance exam. but 20% (81-100) has performed well than you.
