For every region' consisting of a no. of cities, there's one regional CBSE board office whose phone no. could easily be found over the internet.
Call them and they'll detail you.
Remember, you have to keep calling them to eventually get them to talk to you since they don't pick up the phone so easily.

dear friend. it is my same problem. I'm safe year even I. call the regional office. regarding to this problem they say That. you have to. write a letter to Regional office. wish thus problem and then after. they will help you so it's my opinion. to go. to your head post office of your city or contact with your local. postman and give them detail about thus and say if any. .thing come from CBS regarding to this. area please contact me and give him 100 rupee and take contact number. and the results will come on June month so contct in this month it's my personal opinion because case will gave you only opinion come to thus come to this but could not help you so you gave to. create your own. heaping way.
