I didnt understand. Did you not use the Aadhaar number to register? The application doesn't allow if the date of birth and name in Aadhaar doesnt match the details you have entered.
Nevetheless the procedure to edit form is the before payment, you get the "Review application" tab and the " Go for Payment" tab. Use the review your application tab to go and edit the details though I am not sure whether the name change will be allowed. However, you havent paid the fees so you can change the details.
