How to change the applicant name small letters to capital letters in application? pleese! tell me quickly.

Hold down the Shift key and press F3. Each time you press the F3 key while holding down the Shift, the text switches from proper case (first-letter upper case and the rest lower case), to all uppercase(all capital letters), and then all lowercase.

So if you filling your application form through mobile form then you have the option of filling form through capital letter. You can change the keywords in capital letter through the help of your keypad and if you are filling your application form through laptop or computer then kindly click on caps lock key this will change the small letter into capital letters.
