If you have appeared exam then you can get your result score card from the official NTA website. There you will get all the information. Subject section wise and total score and percentile.
the result of top scorers are with them only and you can't access it with out their permission. The NTA board has released the list of top 10 100 percentile scorer names and state wise top scorer names.
