And it may vary according college to college. There might be some language subjects, computer application as your non major subjects which is generally regarded as pass subjects. So choose accordingly to your concent in which field you want to study in future. Quantum computing is a very big brand of research nowadays. As the physics hons students have sound knowledge in quantum mechanics so you can easily go for that.
